Install RAM:

Unlock the DIMM slots on the motherboard.

     Insert the RAM sticks into the appropriate slots, aligning the notch on

the stick with the slot.

     Press down firmly until the RAM clicks into place.

     Preparation:

     Ensure you have a clean and well-lit workspace.

     Make sure you have the correct type and capacity of RAM modules

that are compatible with your motherboard.

     Locate the RAM Slots:7

     Identify the RAM slots on your motherboard. They are typically

located near the CPU socket and are usually long, rectangular slots.

     Release the Retention Clips:

     On each side of the RAM slots, there are retention clips. Locate them

and gently push them outward to release the clips.

     Align the RAM Module:

     Observe the notch or key on the bottom of the RAM module. It is a

small indentation or notch that ensures proper alignment.

     Align the notch on the RAM module with the corresponding key in the

RAM slot. This ensures that the module can only be inserted in the correct

orientation.

     Insert the RAM Module:

     Hold the RAM module by its edges, avoiding touching the gold

contacts or any exposed circuitry.

     Position the RAM module above the RAM slot at a slight angle.

     Insert the RAM module into the slot, ensuring that the contacts on the

module are fully inserted into the slot.
